It's well priced place to stay 2 km away from The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction.

Had pleasant stay for the time spent inside, the staff were amiable, location was incredible and close to Windermere train station. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. The suite was airy, it included an electric kettle, central heating, an iron and ironing board.

The hotel is cosy and tidy with outstanding food and courteous staff. Good service and an amazing restaurant, available onsite.

By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in Windermere, had much fun and met pleasant staff on early shift. The full English breakfast was included and had a wide array of food.

Everything was excellent and spotlessly clean, I enjoyed staff and location. The breakfast had variety of food, like fruit and bacon.

This place was fairly clean and had fab location and people.

It was a perfect little hotel - I loved approachable staff and picturesque location. The room was compact, had a tidy bathroom. Breakfast was good hot, plenty of food, big balcony. Spotless venue and great service.

What a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay, nothing too much trouble. All was fairly clean, I liked fabulous staff and location.

Peaceful location and fairly clean place, I liked hardworking staff. The atmosphere created here was special. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. It was equipped with bathtub. The service was marvellous, totally satisfied.

Great value compared to other hotels. The room felt spotless, customer service was excellent. It has ideal, marvellous setting. Stopped by Sugar&spice Cafe and Bistro to get some coffee and treats, it's minute walk from the venue, recommend...

Comfortable bed and favourable location. We went to Hooked for dinner, it was only 200 metres away and we were satisfied.
